Every inquiry gets a state, a next step and a time. Valet keeps it moving until it's booked, quoted or clearly lost, and logs why at every step.

Website forms

Contact-form emails get a real answer with a price and a time, not "thanks, we'll be in touch".

Listing and directory leads

Google, Yelp, Houzz, Thumbtack, HomeStars, The Knot: lead emails land in the same queue and get answered first.

Quote requests

Asks the questions you always ask: size, date, address, photos. Sends a starting price from your list and books the estimate.

Follow-ups

Two at most, each with something useful: a held time, a missing detail, a reminder that the quote expires. Then it stops.

Requests from AI assistants

People now ask ChatGPT and Google to contact businesses for them. Valet answers whoever writes, with your real prices and times, and your Valet page gives them the facts up front.

Where we are

Valet is built by TheWorkCompany and is in early access in the US and Canada. The conversations on this page are examples; the rules, receipts and holds are real. If you'd rather see it on your own inquiries first, that's the free lead check.

Questions owners ask

What is the free lead check?

Forward 10 to 20 recent inquiries to a private address we send you, or walk us through them on a 15-minute call. We show you how many never got a reply, how many stopped after one, how many were never offered a time, and roughly what they were worth. We delete the emails when the check is done.

Is it only for businesses that take bookings?

No. If people write to you asking for a time, a price or a quote, Valet can answer. Trades, salons, studios, tutors, clinics, venues, consultants, and software and marketplace teams answering demo requests. If your inquiries are mostly phone calls, tell us; we'll say honestly whether it fits yet.

Does it work for a SaaS, a job board or an events platform?

Yes, for your own inbound: demo requests, pricing and plan questions, partner and organizer inquiries. Valet answers from your pricing page and docs, books the demo on your sales calendar, follows up until it happens, and logs every step. Discounts, contracts and security reviews wait for you. It's built for founder-led teams that don't have a sales desk answering at 11pm.

Will it send things I didn't approve?

Only what your rules allow. Start with approvals on everything, then switch topics like availability and pricing to autopilot when you're happy. Money, complaints and contracts always come to you.

Do I have to change my email or calendar?

No. Forward one address, connect your calendar, and keep working the way you do. Replies go out from your own address once your domain is verified.

What if my leads come by phone or Instagram, not email?

Today Valet works on email, website forms, listing and directory leads, and your Valet page. Texting back missed calls and answering Instagram DMs are on the list; tell us which you need and we'll say when. The free lead check works on whatever you can forward or show us on a call.

Does it pretend to be a person?

No. Every reply is signed as your assistant, says it's AI, and tells the customer when you'll answer yourself. That's what the law in a growing list of states asks for, and it's what customers prefer to being surprised later.

Can I name it?

You can call it "Maya's assistant", "the front desk" or anything that makes clear it's your AI assistant. We don't give it a human name by default.

Will it quote the wrong price?

It only quotes from the price list you gave it, and the receipt shows which line it used. Anything not on your list waits for you. Jobs that need a look, like a quote from a photo, get a starting price and an estimate time, not a promise.

What can Valet see?

Only the addresses you forward to it and the free and busy times on your calendar. It never reads the rest of your inbox, and your messages are never used to train AI models. Valet works in the US and Canada.

What if it gets something wrong?

Every reply has a receipt showing the rule and the source it used, so you can see why. Correct it once and the rule is updated. Anything it isn't sure about waits for you instead of guessing.

What happens when a customer is upset?

The reply stops. You get the message with one-tap options, and the customer is told you'll answer personally. Valet never argues or apologises on your behalf.

How many follow-ups does it send?

Two at most by default, each with something useful in it, like a held time or a missing detail. Then it stops and tells you why. You can change that per topic.

Do I need a website?

No. Your Valet page at my.valet.team/yourname answers and books on its own. If you have a website, forward its contact form.

What does it cost?

During early access: a small monthly base and a fee only for bookings or quotes Valet wins for you, capped each month. Month to month. We'll confirm pricing with you before you pay anything.

Find the leads you already earned.

We'll check what slipped through last quarter, show you what it was worth, and what Valet would have done. Free, no card, no setup.
